The Wandering Jew

I don't really like sitcoms, but I've been watching season 1 of How I Met Your Mother, and I think it's a pretty cute show. I've loved Jason Segal since Freaks and Geeks, Alyson Hannigan is great, and Neil Patrick Harris is just so astoundingly awesome. I also really like how the main character is a lesbian. Named Ted.

Oh wait, Ted isn't actually a woman? Could have fooled me. All he does is talk, talk, talk about how much he wants to be in a relationship. Does any girl actually find that an attractive trait? Do any viewers find it entertaining? I hope that, like Ross from Friends, he'll calm down. Or that the show, which has some genuinely funny parts, will focus less on him and more on the awesomeness of Neil Patrick Harris. Who is, as I said, awesome.
