I'd do the same for goldfish. And grandparents.
My roommate went out of town for two weeks and asked me to water her plants. Predictably, I killed one and two more are on life support. I'm not so good with that whole "watering" thing.
But now I'm wondering if I should come clean with her, or buy her a new plant and pretend like it's the one that she used to have. I'm leaning towards the latter.
