I loved going into restaurants in India because you never know what you're going to get when you order. This was supposed to be a tomato salad. As you can see, it's just 3 tomatoes sliced up and put on a plate. Although my favourite dish was the Italian pizza that I ordered in Ahmedabad. The cook took naan bread, put on a horribly spicy vegetable dish that had a tomato base, and topped it off with vermicelli, that I thought was shredded cheese until I tasted it. I guess they just tried to copy what a pizza looked like, because it sure didn't taste like anything I've ever had before!
