How gorgeous are they? They're from a vegan blog and I just spent the last hour going through its archives, looking at mouth-water-picture after mouth-watering-picture, and wishing that I could marry the blog's author. (The fact that she's already married and that I'm straight had no bearing whatsoever. You should see what she can do with eggplant!)
And then I found this. A recipe for Hasperat. For those super-cool Star Trek fan readers know, Hasperat is a Bajoran dish, one that Ensign Ro is rather fond of. It's never been explicitely described, but it's supposed to be like a spicey and salty burrito. So this blog author decided to make up her own Hasperat recipe. Which just makes me want to marry her even more.
