The Reichstag, the government building. I saw pictures of it after the war, and it was totally trashed, so they had to redo much of the interior. And I actually think that they did a good job. It is full of windows and you can often look into the offices. Apparently, this has symbolic meaning because it shows that the government isn't hiding any secrets any more.
