This is the new Holocaust Memorial that is going to be opened in the spring. The stone slabs of varying heights and angles are supposed to give the effect of a maze, showing how trapped the German Jews were at the time. A funny story is that the slabs were originally being treated with this particular type of spray so that it would be resistant to graffiti, but it came out that the company that they was making the spray actually made the acid that the Nazis used in the gas chambers.
